SNAP 2020

SNAP 2020 (Symbiosis National Aptitude Paper) is a national level online entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International(deemed) University for admission to MBA/PGDM courses by its affiliated with it(SMHRD, SIBM). SNAP 2020 will be conducted for admission into the upcoming batch of MBA (2021 - 2023). Snap exam's cut-offs are used to shortlist candidates for the second round which consists of personal interviews, group exercise, and in some colleges, essay writing (WAT) is also a part of the selection. The exam is conducted once every year. This year SNAP exam will be held on 13th December 2020. After CAT, SNAP is one of the most popular entrance MBA exam preferred by students to enter into management programs

Candidates appearing through the general category must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation from any recognized university. Whereas, students belonging to a reserved category like SC or ST must hold a minimum of 45% marks at the graduation level

Candidates who are in the final year of graduation during the qualifying admission process student are subjected to obtain a minimum of 50% marks and their admission will be on hold till the submit the proof for passing marks

The eligibility criteria of SNAP 2020, for the SC and ST categories minimum of 45% marks are required to bag a seat. However, the admission for such students will be provisional. In the case of non-fulfillment of the above criteria, admissions are subjected to be canceled

Students must be a graduate from recognized universities/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, student belonging to SC or ST categories must have minimum of 45% marks. They should also have minimum two years full time work experience after completion of graduation.

Appearing Candidate must be a graduate from recognized universities/ Institution of National Importance across the country with a minimum of 50% marks under general category and candidates belonging to SC or ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks. SCIT Master of Business Administration (Data Sciences & Data Analytics)

In this program, the candidate must hold a degree of Graduation in mathematics at +2 level from recognized universities or statutory universities with a minimum of 50% marks under general category and for SC or ST categories the minimum of 45% marks is required

The candidate who aspires to enroll in this course must possess graduation in Technology or Engineering from recognized universities or statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, students belonging to SC or ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks

A Candidate who wants to enroll for this program must be a graduate from recognized universities or statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. And students belonging to SC or ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks

Students pursuing the final year of graduation can also apply to pertain to obtain a minimum of 50% marks during the time of admission. On the other hand, SC and ST are subjected to obtain 45% marks during the times of admission, but their admission is at hold until they submit the proof of their passing with eligible marks

Note: Candidate belonging to defense category must be the spouse/ ward/children of defense personnel


SNAP 2020 EXAM PATTERN

Snap 2020 is an online MBA entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International Business Institute for enrolling students in their International Business course

The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and the paper comprises of 110-120 questions

The marking scheme varies from section to section: VARC, A-LR carries 1.5 marks each, QA, DI-DS carry 1 marks each while some special questions from QA, DI-DS comprises of 2 marks each and -25% will be deducted for every wrong attempt. No marks will be awarded if the question if left unattempted
