A company wants to select a candidate for the post of a marketing manager based on the following criteria:

  1. The candidate must have secured at least 55% in graduation.
  2. He/she should have a post graduate degree with specialization in marketing and must have secured at least 65% in it.
  3. The age of the candidate must not be less than 25 years and more than 35 years.
  4. The candidate should be fluent in both, English and Hindi.
  5. The candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience.

iii. Have work experience, post qualification, of atleast two years as an Accounts Manager in an organization.
iv. Not be younger than 25 years and not be older than 40 years as on May 1, 2011.
v.  Have secured at least 75 percent marks in the selection process.

In case a candidate satisfies all the given criteria except –

A. Condition (iii) above but has work experience of at least five years as Assistant Accounts Manager in an organization, his/her case is to referred to the GM-Accounts

B. Condition (ii) above but has successfully completed CA/ICWA, the case is to be referred to the Director Finance.
